After school care is offered for Manhattan school children. Transportation is provided from area schools to Cool Care Club. The children are fed an afternoon snack. They do their "jobs" with the pets and then they have time to explore and play with the numerous activities the club offers. This is also a time when homework can be done. The children are picked up by their parents by 5:40. In addition to after-school care, the contract also covers all inservice days, snow days and Spring Break. On these days, exciting fieldtrips and additional activities are planned. Hours of operation on full days are 7:30 to 5:40.
